In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Suna Shoes & Accessories. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The information is intended for residents of Australia only. We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

Our Website Services

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Suna we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and understand choosing the correct size and colour can sometimes be a difficult one.  Our Returns/Exchange policy offers you either an exchange, credit note, or full refund on unworn merchanside within a 30 day period of the purchase date.  Please refer to instructions below.  

Exchanging Size/Colour

If you need to exchange your purchase please email us first at shoes@suna.com.au with your name, order ID and details of the preferred replacement choice.  Then simply return the unworn merchandise in the original box in re-saleable condition along with your receipt to receive an exchange.  You must return the merchandise to the address shown on your receipt.  We suggest the use of Registered Post or Express Post for returning items to enable tracking of the parcel.  We will exchange your item and deliver it free anywhere in Australia, however the costs to return the goods are incurred by the customer.

Recommendation: Please try on your shoes on a carpeted area. This prevents damage to the soles of the shoes. Any returned shoes with damaged soles incur a $25 fee as the shoes are no longer in re-saleable condition.

Refunds

If you need to return your purchase for a refund please Click Here to complete the Returns/Exchanges Form.  You will find all required information on your emailed order confirmation or under My Account if you created an online account with Suna.  Providing the merchandise is returned in unworn condition, in the original box in re-saleable condition along with your receipt, a full refund will be processed to your credit card (excluding postage).  You must return the merchandise to the address shown on your receipt.  The costs to return the goods are incurred by the customer.  We suggest the use of Registered Post or Express Post for returning items to enable tracking of the parcel.  Your refund will be processed once the merchandise has been received and quality checked.

Please Note:  

  1. This refund policy applies to on-line transactions only.
  2. Sale Items are offered an exchange or credit note only.
  3. Sale Items displayed are for Internet Sales only and are often not offered in-store.
  4. Due to health regulations we are unable to refund or exchange on our jewellery, hats or fascinators. All jewellery/hats/fascinators are quality checked before leaving our stores to ensure 100% perfection is delivered to you. 
  5. Suna Shoes will not be held liable for any merchandise lost in transit and recommends all returns are sent via Registered Mail.

Delivery

Upon placing your order an automated confirmation order email will be sent to you confirming the receipt of your order.  A subsequent email detailing your tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched.  Please note, we use Australia Post Registered Mail for our deliveries which require a signature (PO Box addresses are not preferred).  If no-one is present to sign for the delivery, you purchase will be taken to the local post office and a card will be left.

Dispatch of Orders

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock.  Should any items on your order not be available you will be notified via email. 

International Customers

If you are wishing to purchase outside of Australia please email us for a quote on postage and insurance.
